Initiate Your Request
Contact our dedicated customer support team with your order number and reason for return to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
Pack with Care
Securely place the unit in its original packaging, including all manuals, remote controls, and accessories to ensure a smooth processing of your refund.
Affix Shipping Label
Attach the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of the box, ensuring any previous shipping labels are completely covered or removed.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned unit, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 7 to 10 business days.
